Hazel, of Crewe, passed away at Glan Clwyd Hospital on 20th June 2022 aged 86 years. She was the beloved Wife of the late Dennis, loving Mum of Kate and her husband Roger and good friend to Pat, Barbara and Jenny. The funeral service will take place at Crewe Crematorium on Thursday 7th July 2022 at 12:15pm. Donations if desired to Breast Cancer UK or Bowel Cancer UK.
