Pat passed away peacefully on 21st June 2020 at Leighton Hospital, aged 77 years. She was the loving wife of John, caring mum to Julie and Caroline, Nana and Great Nana. The funeral will take place at Vale Royal Crematorium on Monday 6th July 2020 at 12 noon. Donations, if desired, to the British Heart Foundation.
